Guru Hariharan
Chief Executive Officer
Formerly a retail merchandising, supply chain, and cloud business leader at Amazon, Guru is passionate about the future of retail. At Amazon, Guru worked in the inception stages of the supply chain and retail merchandising organizations. He also co-founded one of Amazon's cloud businesses, driving it from ideation to cash flow positive, and established Amazon's first self-service B2B marketing channel. As the General Manager of the Marketplace Experience at eBay, he led the global team that launched the eBay “Fast N’ Free” program that drives hundreds of millions of dollars in free cash flow.

Vamsi Vutukuru
VP Product & Engineering
Vamsi Vutukuru is responsible for product management, engineering and data science at Boomerang. He brings over 13 years experience in Enterprise Software across business development, product management and engineering roles. Earlier, he lead Product Management for multiple product lines at Adobe Marketing Cloud - Adobe AEM Forms, Search & Promote and Connect product lines which drove over $200M/yr in revenue for Adobe. Before that he was the CEO of Appin Security Group a leading IT security firm. Early in his career, Vamsi held various business development and product management roles at IBM.

Madhusudhan Rao
VP of Engineering & India Operations
Madhusudhan Rao is the Vice President of Engineering at Boomerang Commerce. He is responsible for product development, execution and India operations. Madhu has over 11 years of experience in engineering. Before Boomerang, he worked at Amazon for 8 years where he was the architect of Automated Selection Ingestion on Junglee.com (Amazon’s comparison shopping site in India). He was responsible for building the Rich Media Ads platform serving over 400 million ads per day. He also contributed to Amazon's contextual recommendation engine for affiliate marketing.

Before ServiceMax, she held various finance positions at two other Silicon Valley start-ups and E&Y.

Gary Liu
VP Marketing
Gary is responsible for all aspects of marketing at Boomerang Commerce. Gary brings over twenty years of experience in marketing, strategy, and business development. Prior to Boomerang, Gary lead marketing at Hearsay Social and was part of the senior leadership team that helped the company grow over 4x during his time there. Before Hearsay, Gary held various leadership roles at ServiceSource and Siebel Systems across product & solution marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and strategic marketing.

Scott joins Boomerang from from Accenture Consulting, where he was Managing Director of the Retail practice. Before Accenture, Scott grew the ranks at Family Dollar, then a public company, from his positions as DVP of Strategic Pricing, VP of Merchandising Operations, VP of IT and SVP of Merchandising Operations. He was a key part of transforming Family Dollar from being a gut (art) driven organization to one that hums and executes with science+art. Amongst other things, Scott established the pricing practice at Family Dollar. He led the entire company’s change management as they moved for spreadsheet driven cost-plus pricing done by merchants to one that’s driven thru software and science.
